Ann-Mary Petroskey Joins BPLD Group
Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that Ann-Mary Petroskey has become associated with the firm. Ann-Mary received her Bachelors Degree from Western Michigan University, her J.D. (cum laude) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was also an editor for the law review, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1998 and practices in the areas of business and tax law. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Business Law, Taxation, and Probate and Estate Planning sections, the American Bar Association Section of Taxation and is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.
Ann-Mary brings new depth to the firm's Business & Property Law Group, and enhances the firm's ability to address clients' tax-related issues. Her employment history includes spending time as an associate tax consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers after obtaining her law degree. She will be spending time in the next few months in both the Lansing and Traverse City offices before taking up permanent residence in Lansing.
