Attorney Elected to ADR Executive Council

Charles B. Judson, an attorney in the Traverse City office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge, has been elected as a Member At Large to the Executive Council of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Council. The Council serves as the elected governing body of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Mr. Judson is a certified facilitative mediator in the Western District of Michigan Federal Court, as well as a general civil and domestic relations mediator in various Circuit Courts throughout the state. He also serves as a mediation screener for Domestic Relation Appeals in the northern Lower Peninsula for the Michigan Court of Appeals. In addition to mediation, Mr. Judson's practice includes representation of municipalities and non-profit organizations.
