Brian J. Kilbane practices in the area of healthcare professional malpractice litigation, healthcare professional licensing defense litigation, employment litigation, criminal defense litigation for individual and institutional healthcare clients, and healthcare law, generally. Brian is frequently invited to appear before healthcare institutions, physician groups, and nurses to address a wide variety of healthcare and health professional litigation issues, including guest lectures at nursing and physician assistant college programs in west Michigan. Brian is also active in his local community, having served as an elected school board member, and presently as a member of the Allegan County United Way Board, while regularly coaching youth soccer and basketball.
Brian lives with his wife Paula, and their five children on a small farm near Grand Rapids enjoying the best of both city and country living.
