Brian represents all types of medical professionals in courts throughout Michigan. He defends his clients in alleged malpractice claims and provides representation in licensing investigations, disciplinary actions and other related disciplinary matters. Brian advises his clients on a range of issues including early claim assessment and representation in preparation for and during trial. Brian seeks dismissal and resolution of all claims by focusing upon early, decisive disposition strategies as well as legal and medical grounds for dismissal.

Brian's clients include many of the largest health care providers in the state of Michigan as well as individual health care providers. They include surgeons, physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurse midwives and other licensed professionals and licensed providers practicing obstetrics, cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, oncology, emergency medicine, and other health specialties.

Brian and his wife Holly have three daughters. They live in Rockford.
