Brian A. Molde practices medical malpractice defense. He is often invited by hospitals and nursing associations to speak regarding such issues as the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) and the state of medical malpractice law in Michigan.
Although he attended high school and college in Michigan, Brian also lived in South Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, and Illinois when he was young. He and his wife, Holly, have two daughters, Stella and Piper. In his spare time, Brian enjoys golf and watching football.
