E. Thomas McCarthy, Jr. and William W. Jack, Jr. have been admitted to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates. The American Board of Trial Advocates is a national professional organization dedicated to the promotion of the art of advocacy, the preservation of the right to trial by jury, and the efficient administration of justice. Membership in the ABOTA is by invitation only, is dependent upon having tried a significant number of jury trials, and is limited to one-half of one percent of all the lawyers in any given state.
