Office Coordinator

The Holland office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is seeking an experienced office coordinator. This position is responsible for all attorney support activities including office operations, facilities and equipment maintenance, supply ordering, legal secretary support and front desk reception. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly transcribe documents from written, oral, or computer generated formats and portray appropriate levels of integrity and professionalism with firm members and clients. Medical Malpractice Attorney

The Grand Rapids office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge seeks an attorney for its Medical Malpractice litigation practice. The firm seeks a 2-6 year associate. Candidates must have excellent writing and research skillls, should have motion and deposition experience and a strong interest in litigation. Medical malpractice experience and/or medical background strongly preferred, but not required. Legal Secretary

The Grand Rapids office of Smith, Haughey, Rice & Roegge is seeking an experienced legal secretary for our Medical Malpractice Defense department. This is a full time position and is responsible for providing a variety of legal secretarial duties for attorneys including scheduling and diary of important dates, summarizing depositions, preparing legal documents, correspondence and electronic filing.
