Health Industry Team
Our experienced health law attorneys form the core of the group, but the team also includes attorneys from other legal disciplines who have significant experience working with health care providers. All the attorneys are essential to the team because of their relevant experience – they’re not just employment or construction attorneys, for example, they’re employment and construction attorneys who have represented health care industry clients.
Our attorneys actively participate in industry associations, including the Michigan Health and Hospital Association, Michigan Medical Group Management Association, Health Care Association of Michigan, Michigan State Bar Health Law Section, and the American Health Lawyers Association. And we often speak at their local and national meetings.
With the accumulated knowledge and diverse skill sets on the team, we’re able to provide clients with superb legal assistance in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We are mindful of the financial challenges faced by today’s health care organizations, so we offer a range of billing packages, varying from the conventional hourly billing concept to flat fee or retainer agreements.
