Jill A. Quillen joined the firm as Human Resources Director in 2006, bringing to Smith Haughey her extensive experience in human resources management. In this position, she is responsible for providing human resources support and leadership in the areas of benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, staffing, and policy development.
