John R. “Jack” Oostema has been in private practice for his entire legal career, except for a one-year term in the Pre-hearing Division of the Michigan Court of Appeals. For the past 20 years, Jack’s practice has been primarily concentrated in the areas of insurance law, legal malpractice defense, and appellate advocacy.
A native of Grand Rapids, Jack is married to Gloria. They have two sons, J. Adam and Andrew, and a daughter, Megan.
