Joe practices in the areas of health care law (including life sciences, FDA regulatory law, entity formation, contract negotiation, and general corporate compliance and health care issues) and business law (including entity formation, liquor control commission applications, real property issues, general contract and agreement disputes, and enforcement and defense of non-compete agreements).
