Judson Elected Chair-Elect of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Michigan
Traverse City, Mich., November 24, 2008 - Charles B. Judson, a shareholder in the Traverse City office of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge has been elected Chair-elect of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Michigan. In September 2009, he will assume the position of Chair of the Section.
Chuck's primary areas of practice include representation of local municipalities and non-profit organizations, mediation of disputes, real property matters (including zoning and land use issues), and commercial transactions. He is very active in his industry and community, having held many elected offices and board of director positions for both legal and community organizations.
