Kate E. Harms joined the firm in 2005 as Accounting Manager. She now serves as Financial Services Director. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing the accounting staff and the management of all aspects of the firm’s accounting practices. This includes the preparation and monitoring of budgets and cash flow, development and implementation of reporting standards, oversight and reporting elements in association with the firm’s trust accounts, and the preparation and analyses of financial statements for the firm, individual offices, practice groups, and individual attorneys.
