Kirk W. Morgan

Kirk focuses his practice on health care, general business, and banking and finance law. He has negotiated real estate transactions, drafted numerous legal documents, and formed several client companies. He has also coordinated service agreements – including a complex pharmacy service agreement – as well as employee agreements, leases, buy-sell agreements, and corporate governance compliance, such as the review of corporate documentation. In addition, he has provided extensive reviews of banking and finance files for many clients.

The rapport and trust that Kirk builds with his clients, often makes them long-term clients, returning to him for counsel when future legal issues arise.

“I believe that timeliness, work quality, and industry knowledge is critical when it comes to helping my clients achieve their goals. I always strive to get the best end-result for a client. That, along with a dedication to efficiency and accessibility, builds trust. And trust creates long-term clients.”
– Kirk Morgan

Kirk and his wife, Carey, live in Grand Rapids with their children, Connor, Emma, and Grace. He is very family-oriented, and in addition to spending time with his wife and children, he enjoys playing hockey and softball, and kayaking in his spare time.
