An attorney with Smith Haughey, Kristen Campbell counsels business owners on issues such as corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, appeals, and contract drafting and review. She also represents seriously injured individuals in litigation.

Kristen’s professional memberships include the local and state bar associations. Her community work includes volunteering as a current or past member or board member of 10 organizations and she is a graduate of the Leadership Grand Traverse Program.

In addition, Kristen serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Tennis Registry Foundation—the largest global organization of tennis teachers and coaches whose mission is bringing tennis instruction and equipment to inner cities and rural areas where the opportunity may not otherwise be available. Kristen was a nationally ranked junior and Big 10 conference scholarship tennis player and MVP her freshman year at the University of Iowa.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, competing in triathlons and playing outside with her young son.
