Lindsay represents families and individuals in an array of legal issues including trusts and estates, family law, and adoption law.
Through her family law practice, Lindsay provides compassionate counseling and family-friendly resolutions that recognize the needs and interests of all involved parties, including children. She assists her clients with divorces, child custody and support, parenting time, grandparents' rights, spousal support, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Lindsay's family law practice also extends to the specialized area of adoption law for which she has completed training programs focusing on the intricacies of the different issues related to adoption. She assists her clients with all types of adoption matters including international adoption, interstate adoption, single parent adoption, step-parent adoption, adult child adoption, hospital adoption release documentation, and terminating parental rights.
In addition, Lindsay uses her estate planning experience to help her clients plan for the future by preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, guardianships, and conservatorships. She also helps her clients effectively navigate the probate process following the death of a loved one.
Lindsay also counsels business clients and assists them with real property matters, zoning and land use issues, commercial transactions and municipal law.
Lindsay is a Michigan native and in her spare time enjoys mountain biking, running, traveling, and cheering for the Michigan State University Spartans.

- Albion College (B.A., cum laude, 2006) - Political Science Major, Public Policy concentration, member of the Gerald R. Ford Institute.
- Michigan State University College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2010) - Managing Editor, Entertainment and Sports Law Journal; Recipient, jurisprudence awards in criminal procedure and transnational research.
