Lisa serves as the firm’s Client Services and Marketing Director. In this role, she directs the firm’s branding, business development, and relationship management efforts. She works directly with practice groups, industry teams and individual attorneys to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Lisa’s previous experience includes serving as a public relations and marketing consultant, including representing individuals and organizations in crisis and media relations.

Lisa is a lifelong resident of West Michigan. She is married to Cliffton and together they have a daughter and son.
