Neckers Appointed to the Faculty of the Litigation Management College

    Grand Rapids, Mich., February 16, 2009 - Craig S. Neckers, of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge, has been appointed to the faculty of the Litigation Management College, sponsored by the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

     The Litigation Management College has earned an international reputation as the premier advanced training course for claims professionals, third party administers, and self-insured corporate litigation managers working the insurance industry or in litigation members. The 15th annual Litigation Management College will take place from June 14-18, 2009 at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

     Craig is a long-time active member of the FDCC. He currently serves as both chair of the Management, Economics and Technology Section of the organization and vice chair of the FDCC's Projects and Objectives Committee with specific responsibility as liaison between the committee and the each of the sections of the Federation. Craig practices in the areas of business and corporate litigation, legal malpractice defense, and products liability.
