Lori L. Gibson serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. In this position, Lori oversees finances, facilities, human resources, marketing, technology, and business planning for all four of the firm's offices. She brings nearly 20 years of significant experience to Smith Haughey, with expertise in the areas of law, human resources, and business operations.
Lori began her career as an attorney at a Michigan law firm where she practiced employment law and served on the firm’s career development and recruiting committees. She also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Spectrum Health Hospitals and Vice President of Operations with Spectrum Health Continuing Care.
Lori is married to Joel and has two teenage boys, Joshua and James. She enjoys attending her boys’ activities, reading, traveling, and watching the Detroit Tigers and Red Wings.
