Pigorsh Joins Family Law Group

Mary R. Pigorsh News PhotoThe law firm of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that Mary R. Pigorsh has joined the firm as an associate in the family law practice group.

Mary comes to Smith Haughey from the law firm of Day & Sawdey, PC, where she practiced family law and commercial collections for seven years. In 1998, she worked as a law clerk in the law office of Thomas J. Heiden and as a full time extern in the Kent County Public Defender's office in 1997, while completing her legal studies.

Mary received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she was the recipient of book awards in contracts, advocacy and family law. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
