Robert W. Tubbs

Robert W. Tubbs has been defending hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases for more than 15 years. He has successfully obtained defense jury verdicts in cases arising out of the fields of psychiatry, general surgery, obstetrics, ophthalmology, emergency medicine, orthopedic surgery, and x-ray technology. He also practices in the areas of general civil litigation and family law.

Rob has presented numerous seminars to physicians, nurses, and other health care providers around the state and regularly gives presentations to the residents in the Family Practice Residency Program at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

Rob and his wife, Laura, have two daughters, Natalie and Olivia. In his spare time he enjoys running – a hobby he took up in his mid-40’s – and has successfully completed several marathons.
