Smith Haughey Announces Artist Selection for ArtPrize Venue
Grand Rapids, Mich., July 14, 2010 - Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge announces it has selected an artist to exhibit at its 2010 ArtPrize venue. Artist Stone Marshall will showcase his entry outside the Calder Plaza Building just steps from Alexander Calder's iconic sculpture. Marshall describes his large-scale entry as, "A puzzle that is put together over the course of the ArtPrize event by adding new pieces each day." The giant puzzle will be completed by the time public voting begins. Fans may follow along on a web site as the puzzle pieces are added.
