Joseph E
. Belsito has been named a new shareholder of the firm. Joe is a business, real estate and estate planning attorney in Smith Haughey’s Grand Rapids office. He serves as outside general counsel for small and medium-sized private and family-owned companies, non profits, and other businesses throughout Michigan in many different industries including technology, food, and healthcare.
Board Members
Ronald A. Schuknecht, Peter J. Boyles, Cindy C. Boer, Charles F. Behler, William L. Henn, William J. Hondorp, and Todd W. Millar will all serve as board members in 2012.
