Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that at its recent annual meeting, the following officers were elected: William W. Jack, Jr., President; Patrick F. Geary, CEO; Thomas F. Blackwell, Treasurer; Robert W. Parker, Secretary. (Mr. Parker will also continue in his role as managing partner of the firm’s Traverse City office.)

Elected as shareholders in the firm were Thomas R. TerMaat and Rachel Brochert Roe. Mr. TerMaat practices in the firm’s Litigation group and is based in the Grand Rapids office. Ms. Roe is a member of the Business and Property Law group, specializing in employment law matters, and practices in the Traverse City office.

Christopher R. Genther, R. Jay Hardin, Richard C. Kraus and John M. Kruis were elected to the firm’s Management Committee and James G. Black will serve on the Compensation Committee.
