Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge has elected Peter Boyles, Joe Rossi and Garrett TenHave-Chapman shareholders with the firm.

Also elected were officers for 2002: Bud Roegge, President; Craig Neckers, CEO; Robert Parker, Secretary; and Tom Blackwell, Treasurer. Pat Geary was elected to a 2 year term on the Management Committee, and Veronica Marsich was elected to a 3 year term on the Compensation Committee.
