Grand Rapids, Mich., Dec. 18, 2006— The law firm of Smith Haughey Rice & Roegge is pleased to announce that Cindy A. Boer, William L. Henn, and Kirk W. Morgan have been named as shareholders in the firm.

Cindy Boer practices in the area of medical malpractice defense. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Calvin College and her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Bill Henn practices in the areas of appellate law, professional liability, and governmental law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Central Michigan University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.

Kirk Morgan practices in the areas of banking and finance, business and property, and health law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan – Flint and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School.
