Veronica A. Marsich represents physician groups, hospitals and health care providers of all types in general health, transactional and regulatory matters. She specializes in Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement issues and in the regulations and requirements that impact those areas, including corporate compliance, federal and state payment investigations and conditions of participation/survey, and certification issues.
Veronica is also chair of both the firm's Health Law Department and Life Sciences Industry Team. In addition, she is a frequent lecturer and author on issues related to her practice area.
