Bill Hondorp has represented large and small employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in the defense of workers' compensation claims for 35 years. As a seasoned litigator, he has successfully handled thousands of cases before the Michigan Workers' Compensation Agency and court of appeals. Particularly, Bill has significant experience guiding self-insured employers, including several of the largest employers in Michigan, through all phases of workers' compensation claims.
Bill also counsels businesses on how to avoid litigation. He advises them on the interplay between workers' compensation and other employment law issues and assists with the development and implementation of personnel and workers' compensation policies and procedures, ensuring effective employment relations and compliance with state and Federal laws.
